2020 Fall Box Lacrosse
In the fall, Panthers Lacrosse teams up with Team 91 Texas to bring you an additional form of Lacrosse. Box Lacrosse is played indoors and all players are highly encouraged to participate. Box lacrosse helps with major phases of Lacrosse such as ball handling, stick work, footwork, defensive positioning, physicality, commnication, and playing fast.
Saturdays from September 5th to October 24th, 2020
Practice Times by graduation year:
9:00am-11:00am: 2024 to 2021 (Group 1)
11:00am-1:00pm: 2027 to 2025 (Group 2)
1:00pm-3:00pm 2030 to 2028 (Group 3)
Box Lacrosse Description:
Box Lacrosse is originated in Canada. The game is known for increasing hand speed and stick work, as well as teaching players how to become more physical on defense, play in tight spaces and handle the ball under pressure. This fast paced game is played indoors at two locations for the fall.
